3. Image Processing & Data Retention

All uploaded images are processed in memory or stored temporarily for processing. Original and processed images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing. We do not use your images for any purpose other than providing the requested service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including: Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Replicate and Stability AI for AI-powered image processing, Creem.io for payment processing, and Google for authentication.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication, and secure file storage with access controls.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your dashboard. You may request complete data deletion by contacting us at privacy@aiimagetools.com.
