By accessing and using AI Image Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AI Image Tools provides online image processing services including compression, format conversion, resizing, background removal, photo enhancement, and other AI-powered image tools.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Credits & Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 5 processing operations per day with a 5MB file size limit. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allocations as described on our pricing page. Unused credits do not roll over between months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload illegal or infringing content, use the service to process explicit or harmful images, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, share your account credentials, or use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal usage.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is and may be subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Creem.io. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if credits have not been used.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that AI results will meet your specific requirements. Processing results may vary based on input quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Image Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
